How are you flashing this zip file if there is no recovery for the Rise as of yet? Or are you unzipping it and placing the apk in system/apps and fixing permissions?

Update: I looked in the zip and it looks like you have to flash. How did you get it on with out a custom recovery??? :P

I think you would just take the apk from the zip and push it to the system partition
