Seidio Active Extended Case
« on: May 27, 2012, 01:19:28 AM »
Just thought I'd break the Evo V accessory ice with a couple pics of the Seidio Active case for the extended battery. It has 2 parts, a silicone covering (that is easy to keep clean) and a plastic skeleton that has a soft touch coating. I like it.

This is the actual one I got Lol

It was $20 on Amazon. I have a Prime membership so I got free 2-day shipping, well, it was more like 1 day shipping. Ordered it yesterday and got it today.

Wow lol, very cool.  Going to grab one myself once I can actually afford the phone and battery.

what i'm loooking for is a 'convert' extended case, with a locking
holster. that would mean it would accomodate a 3500-4000 mah
battery and have a click in holster with locking function.  i had
a functional equivalent for a htc inspire that i used to have where i
used to work..

only problem with the seidio cases is that the clip for the holster
raised the rubber lip around the top of the phone and snags...
if only those idiots at seidio would put an extra piece of plastic
at the top of the exo-skeleton so the clip would ride up and over
it when you holster the phone.. then it would be fine.

I know it's a month and a half ago but any chance you still have the Amazon link for this?

I just got the Active case, and I like it--mainly because it is so easy to remove to dock the phone. NThen I noticed on their site they have docks to accomodate the cases and the extended batteries.
