How do you change the launcher, and do certain ones work better then others?  What are some launchers people would recommend?

You can download tons of launchers from the Play store.
Personally, I like Launcher Pro.

ADW.Launcher looks like it's back in rapid development. It has a nice ICS look and feel now.

Forgive me if this has been addressed somewhere else or at an earlier time.  I just updated from Harmonia 2.06 to 2.09, and I noticed that in the CPU settings I only have 4 options for governors.  Were the other govs dropped intentionally, or has something gone wrong in the update?  And if it's on purpose, is there a consensus view on which of the four is the most stable, or can someone link me some info to read up on the differences between them?

Thanks in advance for your assistance, And thank you a thousand times to LeslieAnn, for your hard work on an outstanding rom!

It's probably a change that was put into the Mirage kernel.

Speaking of mirage, there is a new build out earlier this month. Has development of Harmonia2 stopped or will you incorporate these newer features?

Development happens as I have time, which at the moment, I don't have.

How do you switch out launchers in a rom? Do you just replace the .apk?  Sorry, trying to learn more about the rom thing.  Also, can you flash a new kernel?  I see that mirage has a new flashable kernel zip.  Would that work with this particular rom?  I can flash stuff, etc but not much else.

Yes, you can flash a different Kernel, if it is made for CM7.
As for Launcher, install it like an app. :)

In prepping for a yard sale I came across my old Optimus V with Harmonia 2.08 (Thanks LeslieAnn). I would like to use it to stream music via Wi-Fi while mowing the lawn and doing yard work, however I can't seem to figure out how to do it. It is a fresh install with no apps added. My network, though connected is not browsable by the default music player nor by folder and the phone is not browsable by USB from my PC. I ran over a device once  :( and would like to keep my Samsung Galaxy indoors where it's safe.

Thanks
