Or here to get the paid version for free: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?y659ouqldtn661y

Read xda's review

Features:
● Holo Interface
● Supports Froyo to JellyBean
● Tabbed Internet Browsing
● Fast Start Times
● Small Footprint
● Supports Adobe Flash Player
● Fast Browsing
● Smooth Scrolling
● Higher Benchmarks than Chrome (tested on a Nexus 7)
● Supports flash

Enjoy Lightning Browser, one of the smallest browsers around. It is a high-performance small-sized browser built for those who don't want the cumbersome slowness or size of Firefox or Chrome. Currently it looks best on a tablet, but it will be optimized for phone sized screens soon. I will try to update this as often as I have time (I am a student...). This is my most major app release to date and I'm proud of my work, so if you have ANY problems at all, PLEASE contact me. I always respond, as those that have contacted with me before know... and I'm nice :)

Navigation:
● Long-press a tab to delete it
● Long-press the back button to exit the browser

NOTE: Currently, the browser is limited to five tabs.

[/b]Upcoming Features/Fixes:[/b]
- exit on tab button
- incognito
- full screen/remove tabs
- more tabs more bookmarks
- import bookmarks
- long press for new tab
- smart TV compatibility
- rename bookmarks
- manually add bookmarks
- premade user agents (iPhone, Mac, Linux, PC, iPad)

Enjoy :)

Permissions Explanation
● permission.INTERNET - Obviously needed to access the internet :P
● permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - Needed for downloading files
● permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - Needed for downloading files
● permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION - Needed for sites that want your location (you can deny location access)

just commented on google play.

now you should make an equivalent browser written in c or some other native language for linux and *bsd. preferably with an optional ncurses based ui for those moments when you don't want to deal with X or window managers

I need some input. Is it more desirable to display a "homepage" or a list of bookmarks when the browser first opens up.

Currently it just opens to google.com, so either I could add the ability to change the default page and add menu item that opens up bookmarks, or I make a new tab just open up a list of bookmarks.

And thanks tvall :D

I prefer to display a blank page because it's the fastest way to load the browser.  That is to say I always set my "home page" to "about:blank".

Looks great on my 10 inch tablet.  Needs a history and cache clean option.

I like the how fast the browser is, gifs play full speed, even when multiple gifs are displayed. Tap to zoom take a sec to get going here and there. One thing I don't like that I experience is, when the browser is in the background. If you don't get back to it quickly, it will start back at homepage loosing everything you had been looking at.

I'll put that down as a vote for homepage :-P

History clear I can add, however it already automatically clears cache when the browser activity is killed (close the app and look at the cache and it should be empty)

Hmmm, I haven't experience the activity dying. It seems to stay alive for me for hours on jellybean with my nexus 7. I think the thing that would cause what you're saying to happen would be if you're using the OV and running a lot of apps and the browser gets pushed to the background and killed because there isn't enough RAM.
